Customer Support Specialist

The Role
As our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Shorties — the first person our customers talk to when they need help. That's a big deal to us. Every interaction is a chance to make a family feel taken care of, and we want someone who genuinely loves doing that.
You'll be working directly with customers across email, chat, and phone calls — solving problems, answering questions, and occasionally just sharing in the excitement of a parent getting their kid out on the course for the first time.
What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls with warmth, speed, and genuine care

Resolve order issues, shipping questions, returns, and product concerns — making it easy and stress-free for families

Help customers find the right products for their kids and their budget

Track common issues and share feedback with the team to help us keep improving

Contribute to building out our support processes, FAQs, and documentation as we scale

Be a genuine ambassador for the Shorties brand — fun, helpful, and family-focused in every interaction
What We're Looking For

1–3 years of customer support, customer service, or client-facing experience

A natural communicator — warm, clear, and personable in writing

Self-motivated and organized — you manage your time well and don't need someone looking over your shoulder

A problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping people

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a small, close-knit team

Shorties Golf was born when Jordan went looking for quality golf equipment for his 1-year-old twins — and came up empty. Everything out there was either flimsy, overpriced, or both. So he did what any determined golf-loving parent would do: designed and built a set from scratch.
Shorties Golf exists to make golf a household sport — one backyard, one family, one unforgettable round at a time. We build high-quality kids' golf equipment at prices that don't make parents wince, because we believe the best memories shouldn't have to come with a luxury price tag.
We're a tiny-but-mighty team based fully remote, growing fast, and dead set on becoming the biggest name in kids' golf. We're not there yet — but we're getting there, and we want the right people in the seats when we do.
